Terms of Service

These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Kriip LLC ("Kriip," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our websites, mobile applications, communities, or related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and must meet any minimum age required where you live. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and for activity that occurs through your account.

Kriip is a social platform where people can discover trading communities, communicate, share market ideas and signals, connect supported wallets or exchanges, and access other community features. Features may change, be added, or be removed as the Services evolve.

Kriip does not provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice, and nothing on the Services is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Content, signals, performance figures, and community discussions may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or created by third parties.

Trading and digital assets involve substantial risk, including the possible loss of all funds. You are solely responsible for your decisions and should obtain independent professional advice when appropriate. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Kriip a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, improve, and promote the Services.

You may not use the Services to break the law; mislead, impersonate, harass, or harm others; manipulate markets; infringe rights; distribute malware or spam; scrape or reverse engineer the Services; or interfere with security or normal operation. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these terms or create risk for Kriip or others.

Wallets, exchanges, payment providers, app stores, links, and other third-party services are operated independently. Their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of them. Kriip does not control them and is not responsible for their availability, security, fees, transactions, or losses. You are responsible for checking transaction details before authorizing them and for safeguarding wallet credentials and recovery phrases.

Some Services require payment. Prices, billing periods, renewal terms, and applicable fees are shown before purchase. Subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled through the method used to purchase them. Except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase, payments are non-refundable. Creators are responsible for the communities and benefits they offer.

The Services, including our software, design, branding, and other materials, are owned by Kriip or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We give you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Services in accordance with these terms. No other rights are granted.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the Services or others, comply with law, investigate misuse, or enforce these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, and limits of liability—will survive.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available." Kriip disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and security. We do not guarantee that the Services or any content, signal, community, transaction, or third-party connection will be uninterrupted, error-free, or profitable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kriip and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, opportunities, or trading losses arising from the Services. Kriip's total liability for claims relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid Kriip during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so these limits may not apply to you.

We may update these terms as the Services or law changes. We will post the revised terms and update the date above; when required, we will provide additional notice. Continuing to use the Services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
